Srinagar: The Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation (KTMF) has strongly condemned the blast near Delhi’s historic Red Fort, calling it a cowardly and inhuman act aimed at disturbing peace and communal harmony across the country.
In a statement issued on Monday, KTMF President Mohammad Yaseen Khan expressed profound grief and heartfelt sympathy with the families of those who lost their lives and the victims injured in the explosion. “We stand in solidarity with the bereaved families in this hour of grief and pray for the speedy recovery of the injured,” Khan said.
The Federation noted that the business community of Kashmir unequivocally denounces all forms of violence and terror, irrespective of motive or location. It described the incident as a barbaric act that seeks to disrupt social and economic stability, causing immense suffering to innocent civilians.
Reiterating its commitment to peace, stability, and brotherhood, KTMF emphasized that no religion or ideology justifies violence or harm to human life. The statement urged all citizens to remain united against forces that attempt to divide society and undermine the country’s peace and security.
