Chamber of Commerce & Industries Kashmir Condemns Pahalgam Attack, Calls It ‘Unforgivable Act of Cowardice’

Srinagar: The Chamber of Commerce and Industries Kashmir (CCIK) has issued a strong condemnation of the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, calling it a brutal and unforgivable act that has shaken the collective conscience of the region.

Expressing deep anguish, CCIK President Tariq Ghani said the horrific assault on innocent civilians must be condemned in the strongest possible terms. “Our hearts go out to the victims and their grieving families in this time of unbearable loss,” he said.

The CCIK emphasized that Jammu & Kashmir has always been a land of hospitality, known for embracing tourists with open arms and ensuring their safety. “This tragedy strikes at the very soul of our region. Such barbarity has no place in our land,” the statement said.

Reaffirming its solidarity with the victims, the business chamber assured its unwavering support to all tourists and pledged to do everything possible to ensure their safety and well-being during these trying times.
