PM Modi, CM Omar, LG Sinha greet people on the holy month of Ramzan

JAMMU, MARCH 01: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and J&K Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha have greeted the people on the beginning of holy month of Ramzan.

In their separate messages, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah greeted Muslims on the start of the holy month wishing their best wishes to the people.

In his felicitation message, Omar Abdullah emphasized the importance of unity and compassion during this period of reflection.

He encouraged citizens to support one another and foster an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding.
“This spirit of togetherness will help build a stronger and more resilient community throughout Jammu & Kashmir,” he noted.

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah also prayed that Almighty may answer all prayers and accept our fasting for this sacred month.

He also prayed for peace, prosperity and the well-being of all the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
“May Allah’s blessings be upon all. Ramzan Mubarak!”he added.

In a message, the Lieutenant Governor said: “Best wishes on the commencement of the holy month of Ramzan. May this sacred month of prayers, blessings and forgiveness inspire us to work towards upliftment of the underprivileged with complete dedication and devotion. May this sacred month also strengthen mutual goodwill and encourage each one of us to follow the path of love and compassion”.
