Srinagar: The PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industries Kashmir Chairman A P Vicky Shaw has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the artisans of Srinagar on being recognized as the fourth Indian city as a World Craft City by the World Craft Council. This prestigious achievement follows Srinagar’s designation as part of the UNESCO Creative City Network for crafts and folk art.
The PHDCCI is immensely honoured to have been a part of the jury visit by the World Craft Council. We take great pride in recognizing the pivotal roles played by Saleem Beigh State Convenor of INTACH, and Mehmood Ahmad Shah, Director of Handicrafts and Handloom Kashmir.
