Another feather in Chaya Group’s cap – Srinagar gets India’s first Radisson Collection hotel

Srinagar, Oct 19: Srinagar is all set to have India’s first Radisson Collection hotel, thanks to Mushtaq Chaya Group’s new ambitious project that blends Kashmiri cultural heritage with top-end luxury hospitality.

The landmark hotel, built near the beautiful banks of the river Jhelum at Lal Mandi, has already assumed an iconic identity in Srinagar city. The hotel boasts of not only an amazing Jhelum River view but also the landmark Zero Bridge, new Jhelum riverfront, Zabarwan and Shankarachayra hills and the exquisite greens of agriculture and horticulture lands.

This week an informal inauguration was held at the hotel with the conduct of traditional Khatam-e-Shareef, where spiritual Pirs recited Quranic and other prayers.
