Kulgam, Jan 25: A young driver was killed while two other persons were injured when shooting stones and rocks came rolling down on Srinagar- Jammu highway at Magarkoot area of Ramban district on Wednesday morning, officials said.
An official said that a shooting stone hit a tanker and truck at magarkot on NH44 in Ramban. In this incident the truck driver died on spot and two other injured who have been hospitalized.
The deceased identified as Muneeb Ahmed Hajam (21) son of Abdul Rehman Hajam a resident of Berigam Devsar. While the injured identified as Gopal S/o Bayant Lal R/o Peera Ramban annd Rajinder Kumar S/o Prem Singh R/o Batote Ramban.
He said that a case has been registered in police station Ramban.
