Srinagar: In a major development, Ravi Shankar Prasad and Prakash Javadekar, union ministers of Information Technology and Information & Broadcasting respectively, both quit as Union Ministers today.
These resignations, among many other ministerial resignations, come ahead of the union cabinet expansion and changes due today.
