Srinagar, July 2: Jammu & Kashmir RTI Movement has condoled the demise of Director Finance Health and Medical Education Mohammad Rafiq. In a condolence message Chairman RTI Movement Dr Raja Muzaffar Bhat said that Mohammad Rafiq was an upright, honest and bright officer of the Finance Department whose services would be remembered for years. He has been always helpful to the employees of the Health and Medical Education Department.
“Rafiq Sahib was a helpful Govt officer. He was respected by one and all especially those belonging to disadvantaged communities. He took lots of pains to provide a helping hand to the class IV, consolidated and casual employees including part time sweepers whose case he was always pleading. We have not only lost a great officer but a messiah of poor and downtrodden people as well “ said Dr Raja Muzaffar.
