Major JKAS-level administrative reshuffle announced in J&K

Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir government on Thursday announced transfers of 26 JKAS officers.

As per a government notification, the followlng transfers and postings have been ordered with immediate effect:-

Ms. Rukhsana Gani, JKAS, Inspector General of Registration, J&K, is transferred and posted as Chairperson, J&K Special Tribunal, relieving Ms. Sarita Chauhan, IAS, of the additional charge of the post.
Ms. Rehana Batul, JKAS, under orders of transfer as Commissioner, Survey and Land Records, J&K, with additional charge of the post of Secretary in the Revenue Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Public Grievances, relieving Mr. Simrandeep Singh, IAS, of the additional charge of the post.
Mr. Amit Sharma, JKAS, Special Secreory to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, JaKeGA, relieving Mr. Simrandeep Singh, IAS, of the additional charge of the post.
Mr. Nazim Zai Khan, JKAS, Director, Industries and Commerce, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Secretary in the Skill Development Depanment.
Mr. Narinder Singh Ball, JKAS, Addltlonal District Development Commissioner, Pulwama, is transferred and posted as Sere@ry In the Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.
Mr. Majid Khalil Ahmad Drabu, JKAS, Nanaging Dlrector, J&K Cable Car Corporatlon, is transferred and posted as Controller, Legal Metrology, J&K.
Mr. Nohammad Akbar Wani, JKAS, Controller, Legal Netrology, J&K, is transferred and posted as Nanaging Director, J&K Cable @r Corporation.
Ms. Rifat Arif, JKAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Depanment of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens, is transferred and posted as Sereary in the Depanment of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
Mr Sheikh Arshad Ayub, JKAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Depanment, is transferred and posted as Inspector General of Registration, J&K.
Mr. Farooq Ahmad Shah, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Secretary in the Housing and Urban Development Department.
Ms. Kusum Badyal, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Depanment, is posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department.
Mr. Mohammad Harun, JKAS, Managing Director, SIDCO, is transferred and shall await further orders of posting in the General Administration Department. Mr. Atul Sharma, Managing Director, SICOP, shall hold the charge of the post of Managing Director, SIDCO, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Mr. Sajad Hussain Ganai, JKAS, Director, Skill Development, J&K, is transferred and shall await further orders of posting in the General Administration Department.
Mr. Surat Singh, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Executive Director, J&K Entrepreneurship Development Institute.
Mr. Sudershan Kumar, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Director, Skill Development, J&K.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Pandita, JKAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Information Department, under orders of transfer as Additional District Development Commissioner, Ramban, shall continue at his present place of posting.
Choudhary Mohammad Rashid, ^{JKAS, Additional}District Development Commission^er, P^oonch, i^stransferred and posted as Spe^{cial Secretary to the}Government, Department o^{f Floriculture, Parks and}Gardens.
Mr. Rajinder Kumar Sharma, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Reasi, is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Ramban.
Mr. Bharat Singh, JKAS, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Accounts), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, State Taxes (Tax Planning, Policy and Advance Ruling), against an available vacancy.
Mr. Abdul Sattar, JKAS, Deputy Labour Commissioner (Central), is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Poonch.
Mr. Abdul Aziz Sheikh, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Pulwama.
Mr. Amarjeet Singh, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Deputy Excise Commissioner (Accounts), Jammu.
Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian.
Mr. Inam-ul Haq Sidiqui, JKAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Gulmarg, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Inform^ation,Kashmir.
Mr. Abdul Star, JKAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chenani, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Reasi.
Mr. Parvaiz Ahmad Naik, JKAS, Sub-Registrar, Chenani, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Chenani. He shall hold the charge of Sub- Registrar, Chenani, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Further, the following officers, promoted to the Super Time Scale of JKAS, in terms of Government Order No. 340-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated 16.04.2021, shall continue at their present places of postings as Director General(s):

(i) Mr. Hashmat Ali Khan, JKAS.

(ii) Mr. Aijaz Ahmad Bhat, JKAS.
