I have been in administrative service of administration due to parent compulsion and what I believe is that whatever you do, you should do justice to your profession and you should be convinced that you are satisfied and successful women needs support from her family. It is an achievement to speak on day of Womens day as source of inspiration for women and we can be mentors for budding Women entrepreunrs. I attribute my success to my mother who contributed her maximum time for facilitating me and has been always on backstage for nourishing us and Infact my father was also an inspiration and great support for me and as has been said that behind a successful men there is a women I would say that behind a successful women there is always a men behind that success.

Ms PD Nitya IPS, SP City North, Jammu in her speech said that I would like to wish all panelists Happy women’s day. She mentioned that when you will see from the administrative point of view the discrimination perception of educated women and illiterate is altogether different. What we have to appreciate is intersectional problem of society in which vulnerable becomes more vulnerable when he come with different set of background. The working of women itself is challenging because she has to counter and compete with his male counterpart back home who doesn`t have any family or children responsibility and thereby a Women has to balance her work and family altogether. We need to address this disparity of why men can’t take care of children’s or family.
She added that the journey of being an administrator is enlightened as we have to see different set of problems are being faced by Women and every woman at her capacity is struggling with her own set of problems, issues and challenges. We as a system has to give strength that each women is support to other women and as we witness to it that due to patriarchal setup we are associated more with men than women in family and we should counter the rivalry seen among our relations between the daughter in law and mother in law and other relations rather we should be support and to live in solidarity with each other and tackle the social, financial insecurity among ourselves.
