J&K Govt orders transfers of key IAS and KAS officials

Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir administration has ordered transfers and posting of several IAS and KAS-level officers with immediate effect. According to the order, issued by the Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha, vide Government Order No.37-JK(GAD) of 202, dated:16.01.2021, a copy of which is with Ziraat Times, the following transfers and postings have been ordered with immediate effect:
1. Mr. Bhupinder Kumar, IAS (JK:2011), Mission Director, National Health Mission, J&K, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla.
2. Mr. Anshul Garg, IAS (JK:2013), Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag.
3. Choudhary Mohammad Yasin, IAS (JK:2015), Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, is transferred and posted as Mission Director, National Health Mission, J&K.
4. Mr. Shrikant Balasaheb Suse, IAS (JK:2016), Additional Deputy Commissioner in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Shopian.
5. Mr. Nazim Zai Khan, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, is transferred and posted as Director, Industries and Commerce, Kashmir.
6. Dr. Ghulam Nabi Itoo, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, is transferred and posted as Director, Tourism, Kashmir.
7. Mr. Nisar Ahmad Wani, KAS, Director, Tourism, Kashmir, holding additional charge of Managing Director, JKTDC, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, JKTDC.
8. Mr. Mehmood Ahmad Shah, KAS, Director, Industries and Commerce, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Director, Handloom and Handicrafts, Kashmir.
9. Mr. Mussarat-ul-lslam, KAS, Director, Handloom and Handicrafts, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Ramban.
10. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Shavan, KAS, Managing Director, J&K Financial Corporation, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri.
Mr. Shamim Ahmad, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, shall hold the charge of Managing Director, J&K Financial Corporation, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
11. Mr. Imam Din, KAS, Director, Horticulture, Planning and Marketing, J&K, is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara.
Mr. Ram Savak, KAS, Director, Horticulture, Jammu, shall hold the charge of Director, Horticulture, Planning and Marketing, J&K, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
12. Mr. Mohammad Nazir Sheikh, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs. He shall also hold the additional charge of Additional Secretary, Public Grievances.
13. Mr. Kuldeep Krishan Sidha, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department.
