Srinagar: A webinar on Media & Disaster Risk Reduction is being jointly organised by National Institute of Disaster Management and Institution of Engineers (India), J&K State Centre, Srinagar, in collaboration with J&K Information & Public Relations Department, Kashmir Editors Guild, Kashmir Press Club and J&K State Emergency Operation Centre, Srinagar. The webinar is scheduled to be held on 23rd December 2020, from 11.30 am onwards.
Eminent media personalities who will be speaking on the occasion include Masood Hussain (General Secretary, Kashmir Editor’s Guild), Shuja ul Haq (President, Kashmir Press Club); Qazi Salman (Deputy Director, News, Doordarshan); Satish Vimal (All India Radio, Srinagar); eminent RJ, Sardar Nasir Ali (93.FM), Majid Hyderi (Freelance journalist and analyst).
Er Aamir Ali, chairman Institution of Engineers, J&K Chapter is the coordinator of the program.
