Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir administration has introduced new Budget Manual for the state; by virtue of which all state budget-making & approval protocols have been modified.
The 325-page document stipulates the processes and procedures for all budget making, approval, borrowing and other fiscal management protocols for the erstwhile state.
