No chance of snowfall on Dec 21, 22: ZT Weather Update

Srinagar: Several queries have been made by farmers and other readers to Ziraat Times through various mediums about the weather outlook for December 21 and 22.

Minute analysis of the currently-available weather data by Ziraat Times suggests that there is no chance of any snowfall in Kashmir or Jammu winter zone on these dates.

Although a light western disturbance is likely to pass through northern parts of J&K around December 21 and 22, the likely wind direction and the intensity of the system suggests that some snowfall activity is likely in northern areas of Gilgit-Baltistan and Chilas. However, as of now, there is no outlook for any snowfall in Kashmir region or the winter zone of Jammu region on the above-mentioned dates.
