J&KTWA extends support to farmers’ Bharat bandh call tomorrow

Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir Transporters Welfare Association (J&KTWA) on Monday extended its support to the ongoing agitation of farmers at Delhi and December 8 India Bandh call.

In a press statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) from Jammu, President of Association, Tarlochan Singh Wazir said that the ongoing agitation of farmers is a nationwide issue and is related with every farmer of the country.

“All Jammu and Kashmir Transporters Welfare Association extends its support to the bandh call on December 8 and will also hold protests across Jammu and Kashmir,” Wazir said.

He added that a protest rally shall start at 10:30 from Bikram Chowk Jammu and will be joined by workers and chairperson of dozens of forums and associations from Jammu. —(KNO)
