Srinagar: A spokesperson of the Kashmir Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) today said that the body has been allotted land on lease vide Government order No.REV(NDK)203 of 2000 Dated: 24-11-2000 and subsequently the business body is paying rent under the allotment.
“The Kashmir Chamber of Commerce & Industry being registered under Companies Act and could have never got the settlement done under Roshni Act”, the body said in a statement to Ziraat Times.
“Now today some daily News Papers have carried the news of the Kashmir Chamber of Commerce & Industry is one of the beneficiaries under Roshni Act which is completely false”, it further added.
